Summary: Great hotel in downtown Lisbon. The reception staff were very friendly. Orlando at check-in made it easy, and at check-out, the gentleman who helped us get a taxi at 7am local time on the 12th of July was very helpful, helped with bags and spoke to the taxi on the phone and in person. Breakfast was generous and good. The entire family enjoyed it. We got a spacious room over 65 square meters in size. Fridge was good to have, same for microwave, toaster and silverware. All in all, my family and I enjoyed the stay, at a hotel that felt clean and safe, yet accessible from a good location near Principe Real
